Job Description

Restaurant Manager Cumbria Luxury Hotel
A Restaurant Manager is required in Cumbria for this Luxury 4 Star Hotel which offers an award-winning fine dining restaurant.
They are currently looking for a Restaurant Manager to take the helm of this fantastic restaurant to ensure it is running to the standard expected in this high-level establishment.

The Restaurant serves up to 80 covers per service and the menu is put together using clean flavours to produce an elegant a la carte menu put together using the finest ingredients sourced locally to ensure the fullest flavours.
The hotel also offers private dining and caters for weddings and special events.
As Restaurant Manager you will:
  • Have a friendly yet professional persona and you must have experience of working with an establishment of a similar standard
  • Be a strong team player and must be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through your team
  • Be fully responsible for the smooth running of the restaurant, staff management and training along with ordering and stock control
