M&E Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal M&E Quantity Surveyor will have strong expertise in Commercial Office Fit-Out, Infrastructure, and Refurbishment projects. A minimum of 3+ years of experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor and a relevant qualification such as ONC, HNC, BSc, or equivalent in Quantity Surveying is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: * Financial management of electrical contracts, ensuring accurate cost control and tracking. * Preparation and management of monthly cost reports. * Analysis of project budgets and estimating necessary changes to align with project requirements. * Conducting valuations and submitting applications for payment to clients. * Producing monthly valuations for ongoing projects. * Preparing and presenting variation quotations for projects. * Attending and contributing to client and site meetings.
