We are working with a market leading financial services organisation to recruit an additional Administrator. The business we are working with have a fantastic reputation and have grown considerably over the past few years, they are an exciting business who are a very strong name in the industry. The role will focus on supporting senior members of the team and will help manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service. Key Responsibilities: * Providing administrative support to senior team members, assisting in day-to-day operations. * Managing and maintaining a portfolio of existing clients, acting as a point of contact for any queries and ensuring excellent service delivery. * Assisting with client communications, documentation, and ensuring compliance with company standards. * Organising and coordinating meetings, appointments, and schedules as required. * Preparing and processing paperwork related to client accounts.
