Experienced Bartender & Mixologist

Responsibilities

• Craft and serve a diverse range of classic and signature cocktails, adhering to the highest standards of taste and presentation.

• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, upscale environment while maintaining the bar’s luxury atmosphere.

• Have extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktail trends to recommend the best selections to members and guests.

• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene standards at the bar and in all work areas.

• Handle cash and process payments with accuracy and efficiency.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation during peak hours.

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.

• Proven experience as a bartender in high-end bars, lounges, or restaurants.

• Excellent knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and premium spirits.

• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to anticipate guest needs and personalise their experience.

• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining an inviting and professional demeanour.

• Impeccable presentation and communication skills.

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Willingness to work in an over-23-only venue and uphold its exclusive, mature atmosphere., * Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
