Nursery Practitioner Level 3

We are looking for a nurturing and knowledgeable Nursery Practitioner to join our client’s team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education for young children in a safe and stimulating environment. You will play a key role in supporting the children’s development and ensuring that their individual needs are met., * Create a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for children

• Plan and implement activities that promote the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of the children

• Observe and assess the children’s progress and provide feedback to parents

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive team environment

• Communicate effectively with parents, ensuring that their concerns and feedback are addressed in a professional and timely manner

• Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain accurate records

• Proven experience working as a Nursery Practitioner or in a similar role

• Level 3 in Early Years or above

• Knowledge of child development and early years education principles

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
