We are looking for a nurturing and knowledgeable Nursery Practitioner to join our client’s team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education for young children in a safe and stimulating environment. You will play a key role in supporting the children’s development and ensuring that their individual needs are met., * Create a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for children

Plan and implement activities that promote the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of the children

Observe and assess the children’s progress and provide feedback to parents

Collaborate with colleagues to develop and maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive team environment

Communicate effectively with parents, ensuring that their concerns and feedback are addressed in a professional and timely manner

Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain accurate records

Proven experience working as a Nursery Practitioner or in a similar role

Level 3 in Early Years or above

Knowledge of child development and early years education principles

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
