The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

We are looking for a new person to join our team at our highly successful city centre charity retail store. This is a new position created to add to the existing skills set. We are looking for a person who has a flair for merchandising and shop presentation, alongside knowledge of trending fashions and designs.

You will assist in the daily running of the shop, under the direction of the Shop Manager, and in compliance with current legislation, Branch & Society policies.

You will assist the Shop Manager in achieving agreed targets by maximizing sales, promoting Gift Aid, and controlling direct shop expenses. Additionally, you will help recruit and train a motivated team of staff and volunteers, whilst promoting the work of the RSPCA.

In the absence of the Shop Manager, you will deputize on their behalf and assume responsibility for the overall management of the charity shop.

You have a choice of either contracts:

  1. Option one: 15 hours per week every Friday and Saturday, plus 2nd Sunday of every month. £9,250.80pa for 15 hours pwk, plus overtime at £11.86ph.
  2. Option two: 22.5 hours per week every Friday and Saturday. Then the choice of working either Mondays or Sundays, but every 2nd Sunday of the month must be worked. £13,876.20pa for 22.5 hours pwk.
