Reactive Plasterer

Reactive Electrician Spencer and James are currently seeking experienced Electricians with a history of social housing reactive works to join a Tier 1 Main Contractor in London. Our client offers stability with permanent contracts, ideal candidates will have previous experience working for a main contractor, or housing provider. * Up to £42,000 annual salary, based on experience * Permanent contract * Company van, fuel card About the role: You will deliver Reactive Maintenance Social Housing properties in South London. Work will be assigned via a PDA device, and you will complete daily works sheets to keep track of the jobs completed and materials used. This role is mobile therefore a drivers license is essential. Duties include: * Electrical repairs, renewals and installations * Working in occupied properties * Delivering high quality work standards * Working productively to complete tasks in alignment of your assigned schedule * Communicating well with colleagues and residents * Reporting to a Supervisor Requirements: * Full UK drivers license * An Electrical Level 3 NVQ * 18th Edition * 2391 Testing and Inspection * Previous experience working within social housing * Great communication/ customer service skills * Superb standard of work If you meet the requirements for this role please apply with your most up to date CV and call Jack on (phone number removed)
