A Highly regarded, award-winning cost consultant with experience in major capital projects across various sectors is now seeking an ambitious and driven MEP cost manager to join their team on a hybrid working set-up. This is an exciting opportunity for an MEP Cost Manager to join an independent professional services company specialising in programme management, project management, cost management and consulting across the property, infrastructure and natural resources sectors. With ambitious growth plans in the Real Estate and data Centre sectors, our client needs hard-working, career-minded individuals to join the team and embark on their journey.. MEP Cost Manager Requirements: Demonstrated success in providing top-tier cost management/quantity surveying services throughout all stages of projects within the London market. Proficient in managing multiple projects concurrently, effectively prioritising tasks Expertise in delivering Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) components for clients Familiarity with and connections in the London MEP supply chain Strong commercial acumen coupled with adept negotiation abilities. Exceptional interpersonal skills, adept at communication both with clients and within teams. Assist in producing MEP cost estimates and cost plans. Input to the tender process, review and analyse MEP tender returns and support recommendations to the client as well as advice on MEP package procurement routes. Producing guidance notes on the reporting structure so that clients and vendors ensure they are all adequately trained on the reporting process.
