Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading FMCG company, in their search for Machine Operators to work in their leading facility in Oswestry.

For the successful Machine Operator, our client is offering:

£34,000 per annum starting salary, rising to £38,000 after completing 12 week probation
3 on 3 off 5.50 am to 5.50 pm and 5.50 pm to 5.50 am (3 days/3 nights)

The role - Machine Operator:

To operate production machinery safely in order to produce the product to the correct customer specification
Ensure that all Quality Assurance checks are carried out
Analyse and adhere to a production plan
Picking and packing
Working towards targets
Using production IT systems
Working to strict Food Hygiene standards

What our client is looking for in a Machine Operator:

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment - ESSENTIAL
Machine operating experience - ESSENTIAL
Food manufacturing experience - DESIRABLE
Demonstrable stability in work history
Strong attention to details
Good computer skills
Must be punctual and reliable
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
