High-Growth business is looking for a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to ensure they maximise value from Microsoft Dynamics 365.

About the role:

• Gather business requirements and translate them into system functionality
• Work with stakeholders to define processes and ensure a smooth rollout
• Support system configuration, testing, and adoption strategies
• Act as the bridge between end-users and technical teams

About You:

• An experienced Business Analyst, ideally with some exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of the the business process around Field Service would be highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Great at stakeholder engagement and driving user adoption.
