Senior CRM Manager\\nLocation: Milton Keynes (Hybrid – 3 days a week onsite)\\nSalary £45-55k plus bonuses + benefits\\n\\nAre you an experienced CRM expert with a passion for driving customer engagement and performance?\\n\\nOur client is a fast paced, SME Performance Marketing business based near Milton Keynes. They have an excellent opportunity for a Senior CRM Manager their team, where you'll have the opportunity to shape and lead innovative CRM strategies.\\n\\nRole Overview:\\n\\nAs a Senior CRM Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing multi-channel CRM strategies designed to drive customer engagement, retention, and conversion. Your expertise will be pivotal in optimising workflows, resolving issues, and enhancing campaign effectiveness.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nCampaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, develop, and launch end-to-end multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push notifications, onsite/app messaging, SMS, etc.) that effectively engage, convert, and retain customers.\\n\\nData-Driven Insights: Analyse customer data to personalise messaging, segment audiences, and refine CRM strategies to achieve better engagement and results.\\n\\nProactive Innovation: Stay ahead of trends in the industry and monitor customer needs to drive the creation of new campaigns and communication strategies.\\n\\nPerformance Tracking & Optimisation: Monitor and analyse CRM campaign performance, focusing on open rates, conversion rates, and revenue impact, while continuously optimising to maximise results.\\n \\nCreative Testing & Experimentation: Experiment with new channels, ideas, and content to engage customers more effectively, enhance customer lifetime value, and reduce churn.\\n\\nSkills / experience:\\n\\nExperience within a similar CRM Exec / Manager role to Senior level\\nExperience of working with multiple CRMs ideally either Hubspot or Accoustic.\\nTrack record of driving revenue and value through CRM campaigns and have a keen ability to identify customer needs and deliver compelling offers.\\nPossess strong analytical skills and can use data to refine and optimise CRM campaign performance.\\nCollaborative Mindset\\nExperience delivering campaigns that drive customer engagement and revenue growth.\\nAble to drive / have own car and happy to be in the office 3 days a week (Free parking onsite)\\n\\nContact David Southwood – CPS Group\\n\\nBy applying to this advert you are giving CPS Group (UK) Ltd authority to hold and process your data for this specific role and any other roles we may deem suitable to you over time.
