🎨 Senior Brand/Visual Designer📍 Remote-first (within 2h of London)💸 £60–70k (DOE + Benefits)🕓 Full-time | Start ASAPI’m working with a fast-growing client in the climate tech space who are on the hunt for a Senior Brand Designer to join their small but mighty design team. 🌍They run one of the leading carbon removal marketplaces, already trusted by huge tech companies. With an ambitious roadmap ahead, they’re looking for someone to help level up their brand and marketing design — making science-backed carbon removal not just credible, but compelling.The role 💥• Lead brand and marketing design across decks, events, campaigns, and more• Turn complex climate concepts into simple, beautiful visuals• Work closely with their Head of Design, Product Designer, and a part-time freelance creatives• Replace their current freelance designer (a 3-month handover is in place)What they\’re looking for 👀• A natural visual storyteller — able to distil complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives 🎯• Strong grounding in clean, Swiss-style design with a creative twist ✨• Experience across brand, marketing, and event design• Comfortable managing multiple projects at pace (agency-style background a plus)• Based within 2 hours of London – they’re remote-first but meet occasionally in East LondonInterview process 🐱 👤3 stages, friendly and focused.________________________________________If you’re a brand-led designer who cares about climate and loves thoughtful, high-impact work — this is one to check out! 💌
