Compensation Benefits Specialist, City of Londonc£50,000 per annum12-month FTC – permWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compensation Benefits Specialist to join a luxury retail brand in London. Reporting directly into the HR Director, you will be responsible for benefits administration, vendor management, salary benchmarking and reporting.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day benefits operations across the EU and LATAM, ensuring accurate enrolment, renewals, and compliance.Support annual compensation cycles, including salary review and bonus processes.Manage relationships with external benefits providers and brokers to ensure service quality, resolve issues, and review service levels.Act as the liaison between HRIS platform (Workday) and external vendors to streamline data flows and enhance operational efficiency.Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to support pay positioning and reward strategy.Contribute to the job levelling and career framework design and implementation.Maintain and enhance reward-related data and processes within Workday, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across relevant modules (UK & EU).Administer and manage employee benefits across the UK and EU, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policy.Lead and participate in global reward projects, collaborating with regional and central HR teams.Act as a subject matter expert for Workday compensation and benefits functionality.Skills and Experience:Proven experience in compensation and benefits roles, ideally supporting multiple international regions.Strong knowledge of benefits practices and compliance within the EU and LATAM.Experience working with Workday as well as external benefit providers.Excellent analytical, communication, and vendor management skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.This is a 12-month FTC with the opportunity to go permanent, based in London, hybrid, offering circa £50,000 per annum.
