We are recruiting in Gloucester for a local timber merchant, who offer a range of timber products and services.
Working as part of their Class 1 fleet, you will be operating a flat-bed trailer, where your main duties will be delivering various timber products such as roof truss’ and decking, to a wide range of customers such as builders merchants, local business and homeowners. This will be bulk deliveries and you will be responsible for securing the load with ratchet straps.
This is temporary work. We look for drivers who can work between one and five shifts each week, on a regular ongoing basis.
Full induction and training is provided.
Due to insurance restrictions; you must have held your Class 1 for at least 12 months, with experience too.
