Ensure that the physical pallets of the business are accurately reported and up to date within the computer systems.

Reconcile transactions with pallet suppliers.

Track, query and report customer rejections and returns.

Provide periodic management and reconciliation reports of third-party warehousing activities and to provide 2nd line systems support.

Assist the Warehousing Systems Manager with the creation of new Materials in SAP as required by the commercial team.

Provide backup WM support for daily activities with the SAP computer system

A tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent will be preferred.

Stock systems, warehouse, distribution and logistics administration experience
