Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for sales and customer service? Foxhills Collection is currently seeking a talented Sales & Events Coordinator to join our team and support our sales efforts at our prestigious establishment.

Responsibilities:

  • Enquiry Handling & Event Coordination from proposal to confirmation through preparing for groups arrivals, with an emphasis on looking after our Special Events and Wedding enquiries as well as supporting on Corporate enquiries as business levels require, ensuring the highest level of customer service through this process.
  • Hosting show rounds and showcases in order to create further demand and conversion of enquiries
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing sales documents and presentations
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities
  • Respond to inquiries from clients and prospects, providing information on products, services, and pricing
  • Maintain customer databases and CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer information
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales support or administration preferred
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
