The Role

As a Web3 Talent Sourcer, you\’ll play a key role in identifying, engaging, and building relationships with top blockchain and crypto professionals. This is an entry-level role—perfect for someone with a sales mindset, strong networking skills, and a passion for Web3.

What You’ll Be Doing

🔍 Talent Mapping – Research and identify top blockchain professionals in key markets.

🎯 Candidate Sourcing – Proactively engage talent across Twitter, GitHub, LinkedIn, Telegram, and crypto-native platforms.

📞 Initial Candidate Screening – Assess experience, technical skills, and cultural fit.

🤝 Building Talent Pipelines – Maintain a strong network of Web3 professionals.

Who You Are

✅ A Natural Connector – You love networking and building relationships.

✅ Sales-Minded – You have at least 1 year of sales experience and thrive in outreach.

✅ Web3 Curious – You’re interested in blockchain, crypto, and decentralised technologies. (Experience is a plus but not required!)

✅ Self-Motivated & Proactive – You take initiative and excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

✅ Organised & Detail-Oriented – You can manage multiple searches and candidate interactions efficiently.
