Manage reactive works process to ensure requests are responded to and closed out in accordance with agreed procedures. To develop management tools to actively report on asset and building performance and make recommendations for improvement.Working Pattern:Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00 Key Tasks and Responsibilities:All quotes are uploaded to web quote for client approval and reactive tasks are closed within the set SLA period.Attend daily morning meeting with the team.
