This engagement involves senior commercial consultancy contributing to Castille’s UK Channel Partner Program by providing access to channel partner organisations at C-suite and board level.

Castillians is a specialist skills augmentation platform for professionals with a validated track record around the world. The company is looking to build a channel partner (CP) eco-system through which to deploy our Vetted skills on client projects and assignments on an SOW basis through our Virtual bench technology.

For the purposes of clarity, the term Channel partner refers in the main to mid market to regional IT Consultancies, System Integrators, Digital agencies and VADs/VARs requiring specialist skilling as an enabler on their client projects.

The work involves high-level commercial work at C-Suite and board level on a fully flexible basis for long-term participation in the program.

The selected members will be focused on inviting and activating their CP relationships into Castille’s eco-system.

Once CPs are activated, members will only be involved in high-level account management.

The successful applicants will have a strong network of C-suite and board relationships in mid-tier to Regional System Integrators, IT Consultancies or Managed Service Providers in the UK, having already worked in such eco-systems at Vendors or VADs/VARs.

Key Deliverables will be:

  • To help build a CP eco-system for Castille in the UK.
  • To sign on and activate existing CP relationships on our platform.
  • To nurture the activated accounts with high-level account management for longer-term growth.

Purpose:

  • To help build a strong CP ecosystem for Castillians Vetted specialist skills to mitigate the structural specialist skills gap to enable robust and scalable project delivery.

Terms:

  • This is a B2B Service agreement.
  • Attractive Remuneration is generated monthly for the longer term on book of business activated.
