The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the recruitment team with administration, compliance, and candidate management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as first point of contact for candidates, clients, and visitors (phone, email, in person).Manage candidate registrations, ensuring all documents are collected, verified, and compliant (e.g. right-to-work checks, licences, references).Maintain and update the internal recruitment database (adding new candidates, updating availability, logging shifts).Pre-screen and arrange interviews for candidates.Support consultants with booking staff into shifts and confirming assignments.
