Night Porter

This is a great opportunity to join our Front of House Team. Working closely with the Duty Manager and Reception you will be responsible for the welfare of the Hall and the needs of the guests during the night.

Main duties include

To take responsibility for the security of the Hall

• Ensure the care and safety of guests and staff throughout the night

• Carry out regular security checks of the hall and grounds, including the car park.

• To assist guests with requests and enquiries

• To offer a limited provision of drinks

• To be aware of your responsibilities in the event of a fire alarm and be fully conversant with how to operate the fire alarm panel

• Ensuring all specified areas are kept clean

Full training will be given but applicants must be friendly and confident with a good awareness of customer care.

18 hours per week worked over 2 nights: 9.45pm – 7.45am, including some weekends.
