We\βre looking for: * Experienced carers or those with relevant social care qualifications * Individuals who are comfortable with personal care * Good communication skills and English proficiency * Genuine warmth and the ability to build strong relationships with residents We need people who are naturally friendly, dependable, and motivated to deliver high standards of care in this close-knit community.
