This is part of a family-run group dedicated to delivering exceptional standards of care in a warm and supportive environment. We\’re looking for: * Experienced carers or those with relevant social care qualifications * Individuals who are comfortable with personal care * Good communication skills and English proficiency * Genuine warmth and the ability to build strong relationships with residents We need people who are naturally friendly, dependable, and motivated to deliver high standards of care in this close-knit community. The Role: * Ensure that service users are at the heart of care delivery and their wishes and preferences are taken into consideration to enhance their wellbeing * Support service users to maintain their relationships and connections with the local community * Ensure care plans and other information about how to support service users are followed * Be responsible for informing the Senior Care Assistant/Nurse of any changes in the needs of service users * Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support * Develop effective working relationships with other employees within the service * Work in cooperation with members of the multidisciplinary teams to maximise opportunities for service users * If desired by the service user, maintain and develop relationships with their family, friends and other people important in their life Fantastic care opportunity, super supportive environment with a family-feel.
