Production Engineer – Contract Manufacturing Services – Electronics Department   Permanent contract Circa £50k (more for exceptional Production Engineers) + excellent benefits & bonus package High Wycombe Vanta Staffing are assisting a contract manufacturer to strengthen their Electronics team with an experienced Production Engineer to help design & implement manufacturing systems & processes for the production of their clients products. The successful Production Engineer duties will include; Assessing & interpreting clients designs and implementing process to produce their finished products Introduce continuous improvement methodologies to ensure a streamlined production process and maximise profit Liaise with clients, internal departments & external suppliers to make sure that projects are completed efficiently Design and build test jigs, wiring harnesses Trouble shoot production issues, fault diagnose & rectify Manage several projects at any one given time Manage the projects complete cycle, from concept to delivery Work to the companies strict standards in health and safety Supervise and manage other members of the tem when necessary Monday to Friday, 8am – 4:30pm (early finish every Friday 8am – 1pm) This amazing company has seen dramatic growth over the last 5 years and have more planned for the immediate future The successful Production Engineer will enjoy; Circa £50k (more for exceptional Production Engineers) + excellent benefits & bonus package Free parking Apply to find out their full benefits package Required experience & characteristics of the successful Production Engineer; Must have previous experience as a Production Engineer working on electronic circuity manufacturing MUST have experience using Siemens Siplace, GC-Powerplace or Gerber MUST Have knowledge of PCB design and components Where necessary, support installation of the manufactured products Courteous, polite & professional #projectmanagementjobs #vantajobs #electronicsjobs #engineeringjobs #jobsinhighwycombe
