Credit Controller

Role: Credit Controller Location: Ballyclare Hours: 8.30 16.30 Salary £28,000 – £30,000 A long-established business in the commercial vehicle and machinery sector is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their finance team at their Ballyclare HQ. The Role: The client is looking for someone with 6+ Months + experience in Credit control who can come on to the team and use their experience to join a finance team of 8 staff and help to manage the companys debt ledger, with a wide range of responsibilities included. Completing credit checks on potential new customers Periodic credit checking of existing customers Setting and monitoring credit limits Communicating with customers to chase current and overdue debt Liaising with customers to resolve payment issues and discrepancies Communicating with customers to ensure receipt and processing of large invoices Handling customer queries professionally Weekly and monthly debt and cash reporting The Requirements: Previous experience of working in a fast paced accounts department Previous credit control experience in a commercial environment (minimum 6 months) Be able to work on own initiative and manage time to meet strict targets Possess excellent Microsoft Excel skills and all round computer literacy Possess the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both verbally and written and both internally and externally Possess excellent organisational skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances Possess an ability to structure workload in an efficient manner If this position is interesting to you, and you have experience, or think you can fill the role of Credit Controller Apply Now!
