Construction / Engineering Sector | Permanent Role An established engineering and construction contractor is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of multiple projects across a range of technical and industrial environments. Based in Belfast, this is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual looking to play a key role in project execution and operations support. You\’ll work closely with project and site teams to ensure documentation, scheduling, procurement, and compliance tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively – helping to keep projects running smoothly and on time. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate day-to-day project operations, ensuring clear communication across internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors. Support with project planning, scheduling, and resource tracking. Maintain accurate project documentation, including permits, risk assessments, RAMS, and reports. Assist with procurement processes and delivery coordination of materials and equipment. Monitor compliance with health, safety, and quality procedures across all documentation. Provide general administrative and operational support to the project management team. The Ideal Candidate: 2+ years\’ experience in a project coordination, project support, or operations role, preferably within construction, engineering, or industrial services. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and project documentation systems. A practical, solutions-oriented mindset and high attention to detail.
