In this position you will have an important role in transforming raw data into valuable insights that drive strategic decision-making across our Unified Communications services.
You will also play an important role in identifying trends, forecasting outcomes and ensuring the company's strategic objectives are met.\\n\\nYou will also be the line manager to one Data Analyst.\\n\\nResponsibilities:\\n Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include: \\nTranslating stakeholder requirements into impactful reporting deliverables \\nTaking ownership of creating dashboards and generating complex reports \\nCollaborating closely with the Head of Department to shape the reporting strategy \\nLeading and managing the performance of the reporting team \\nDeveloping key performance metrics to track success \\nParticipating in evaluating innovative technologies to enhance data storage and usage \\nManaging, developing, and delivering critical business and regulatory reports \\nConducting thorough data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency \\nCollaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve data issues \\nIdentifying and implementing process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency \\nMonitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals \\nUpholding high data quality standards by overseeing new data inputs and conducting regular audits \\nEnsuring the confidentiality and integrity of data through robust governance policies \\nAnalysing business processes and systems performance to uncover opportunities for improvement Qualifications & Experience:\\n\\nThe right candidate for this role will have past professional experience working with Power BI.\\n\\nOther desirable experience and attributes for this role include: \\nKnowledge of PowerApps \\nKnowledge of Power Automate \\nSQL knowledge \\nDataverse knowledge Click here for the list of benefits.\\n\\nThe budgeted salary for this role is up to £40,000 a year, depending on experience.\\n\\nPlease note you need to be eligible to undergo the UK security clearance (SC) process to be considered for this role. For this reason you will need to be a British national with 5 years residency in the UK. \\n\\nHybrid working:\\n\\nThis hybrid role, with a remote-first emphasis, necessitates being in the office or at a client site for 4 days each month.
