Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a committed and experienced Reception Team Leader to work for a Legal firm in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. Role: Reception Team Leader Salary: £24,000 – £27,000 per annum Location: Abingdon, Oxford Hours: Permanent – Full time (09:00 – 17:00 Monday – Friday) Key Responsibilities of the Office Administrator: To oversee the daily operational activities of the reception desks Ensure that agreed service levels are maintained and exceeded where possible Produce, manage and operate the reception rota, including lunch rotas, sickness and future planned absences, planning cover and playing a flexible role to cover team absences when required Deliver training to new receptionists ensuring they are given the skills needed to successfully carry out their role Travel to each office to complete the monthly office checks To work closely with and the Office Manager and undertake any delegated tasks To support the Office Manager with appraisals and performance management of staff, including quarterly meetings with the reception team About you: Someone proactive who can lead, motivate and inspire the team to provide a professional client experience Someone who can take initiative to create more efficient processes and implement new best practices Someone who can provide guidance and support to the existing receptionist teams Experience of working as a receptionist or front of house role Experience of motivating and developing a team No candidate will meet every single desired qualification we have listed.
