This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate or Junior Level Building Surveyor to join a vibrant practice in Manchester. You will be working with the commercial and residential projects with a focus on surveying delapidations and working with the senior surveyors to create a schedule of dilapidations and condition surveys. You will also be involved in contract administrration and CAD drawings. In order to be considered for this role is it ESSENTIAL that you have *Professional Qualification in Building Surveying or Quantity Surveying * 12 months practical experience within the role – this could be as part of your degree / course or in a gap year etc *Driving License The client has an enviable reputation with its clients and a very forward thinking and inclusive culture in its business which includes hybrid working, enhanced maternity and paternity schemes and option to buy holidays.
