Job Description
My client is a market leading international restructuring team that are expanding their London offering and are hiring at Director Level. This team specialises in all Company Side Advisory mandates. This is a rare opportunity to join a market leading brand that is growing and developing a new team. You will work closely on high profile mandates with the largest lenders corporates at times of financial distress and help provide turnaround solutions. You will lead negotiations and business plans with lenders and help support businesses during complex situations.
This role offers you an excellent opportunity to harmonise your advisory and team leading skills and work closely with both Partners and clients. You will be responsible for providing robust financial analysis, short-term cashflow forecasts, IBRs and helping to provide financial restructuring support to clients.
To be considered for this role you should be ACA, CFA or MBA qualified and have experience of working in an advisory/consulting team. You will be currently working in a restructuring team. This role is best suited to an applicant who had experience of working in a Big 4 Accounting practice or for a leading advisory boutique/consultancy.
