My client is on the hunt for a bold, dynamic, and driven Restaurant General Manager to join their growing team in Stoke on Trent. With 10 new stores launching this year, there's never been a more exciting time to be part of this thriving hospitality group!

Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the restaurant's operations, ensuring the team delivers outstanding service and maintains high operational standards – every customer, every time.
- Inspire, recruit, train, and develop your team to reach their full potential, creating an environment of passion, motivation, and fun.
- Dive into performance metrics, analyse data, and drive sales strategies to increase profitability and make the restaurant a bustling hub of activity.
- Safeguard food safety, health, and safety standards, ensuring every dish is served perfectly, safely, and in line with the highest expectations.
- Be the go-to leader for customer satisfaction, handling feedback and ensuring every guest has a fantastic experience that keeps them coming back.
- Take control of stock management, cost control, and budgeting to ensure the restaurant's profitability stays on track without compromising quality.
- Schedule and plan team rotas to ensure the restaurant is always well-staffed to meet business needs, while keeping an eye on labour costs.
- Get involved with local marketing and exciting promotions, creating buzz and bringing in new guests to keep the restaurant thriving.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in restaurant management within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, customer-first environment where no two days are the same.
- A sharp problem-solver who can make quick decisions and adapt to changing circumstances.
- A passion for delivering exceptional service, amazing food, and an unforgettable customer experience.
