HGV ADR Driver

Driver Hire Ashford and Tonbridge are looking for a HGV2 ADR tank driver to join our client at Cranbrook.

Requirements to be a LGV Tank Driver:

• Class 2 (Cat C) licence with CPC and digital tachograph card

• ADR Tanks licence

• For insurance purposes, you must have relevant HGV experience, should have no more than 6 points on your licence, and no DD or DR convictions in the last year

• Complete multidrop tanker deliveries to farms and commercial premises

• 4 on 2 off rota including weekends – day and night shifts available

• Ensure deliveries are made to the customer with a high level of customer service as standard

• Work in a safe, compliant, and professional manner in line with the client’s operational planning

• Some manual handling will be required when securing pipes etc

Benefits of working as a Tanker Driver:

• 42.5 guaranteed hours per week

• £17.95 per hour – £26.92 per hour after 42.5 hours, PAYE model plus £20 additional payment per night shift completed

ADR experience is not required as training is provided so if you have recently obtained your ADR licence this a great opportunity to gain relevant experience.
