Job Description

I'm looking for an experienced PTS Site Supervisor to join my client, a rail/civil engineering contractor who are working on a major project in Liverpool. This freelance position will be working on a 6 month basis which may extend further for the duration of the project. \\n\\nThe ideal candidate will have previous rail experience and a valid PTS.\\n\\nThis is inside of scope of IR35.

You will need to be paid via Umbrella. \\n\\nRoles and responsibilities:\\n\\nWorking alongside the Project Management team.\\nSetting up and managing the construction\\nEnsuring the project is set to be on time and within budget\\nManaging your own team of Agents and Engineers \\nLiaising with the client \\nWeekly and monthly planning and forecasting\\nReport errors or omissions in a timely and diligent manner through shift reports\\nEnsure all personnel under your control are fully briefed and work in a safe manner\\nFollow plans to achieve planned outcomes within possessionsBenefits for you:\\n\\nCompetitive rate\\nThe chance to work on a very interesting project. \\nA long term contract potentially for 5 years.Candidate requirements:\\n\\nDegree qualified in civil engineering, construction manager or equivalent or experience from working on the tools\\nPrevious experience working with on rail projects \\nA valid CSCS card, SSSTS or SMSTS and PTS\\nA lifting operations ticket If you are interested in this role, or are a Civil Engineer looking at your career options, then please contact Morgan Broughton at Randstad CPE on (phone number removed).\\n\\n Alternatively, if you know someone who may be interested we offer a £200 referral fee for successfully placed candidates.\\n\\nRandstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
