Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team at the Michelin starred Pétrus by Gordon Ramsay, located in Knightsbridge.
Petrus by Gordon Ramsay is an elegant fine dining restaurant which has retained a Michelin star since 2011. Serving modern French cuisine, the restaurant benefits from a magnificent state of the art cylindrical wine vault constructed from glass in the middle of the restaurant, creating a fantastic ambience for both our guests and the team.
What you do as a Restaurant Manager:
- You pride yourself in ensuring each guest has a positive, memorable dining experience and you continuously strive to go above beyond their needs
- You inspire the team by leading by example remaining calm, composed, and in control at all times
- You work closely with the General Manager with the recruitment and training of the team and ensure all revenue opportunities are maximized
- You communicate relevant business information regularly, efficiently, and concisely to the team
We are ideally looking for candidates who:
- Have previous experience working within a Michelin Star environment
- Are passionate about delivering the highest levels of service to our guests in an engaging and informative way
- Be able to work effectively as part of a team and build rapport with our guests and the team
- Desire to continuously learn and improve both knowledge and skills
