An amazing opportunity has arisen to join one of the most well-regarded Main Contractors in the U.K. Typical project size: £5 – £30 million, with works in High End Residential, Educational, Health, and Commercial sectors, with some projects exceeding this range.
Key Skills:

Commercial:
- Ensure contract administration procedures are followed and understand project requirements
- Contribute to risk and opportunity registers, including mitigation actions
- Manage site/project budgets, including P&L and constraints
- Develop and control project budgets, including profit, preliminaries, and procurement
Design:
- Interpret and analyse design information, suggest alternatives, and address inaccuracies
- Ensure timely delivery of design information
People:
- Develop and implement project delivery strategies
- Participate actively in developing customer and project solutions during tender stages
Supply Chain Management:
- Contribute to supply chain selection and performance management
