Highborn Global is seeking an exceptional Executive Head Chef to join a prestigious household in Mayfair. This is a unique opportunity to work for a UHNWI family, where you will be responsible for delivering Michelin-level cuisine while managing a dedicated kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Michelin-starred restaurants and formal private households.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation.
– Create and execute a diverse menu that caters to various dietary requirements and preferences.
– Maintain a calm and professional demeanor under pressure, adapting to changing circumstances and feedback.
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a thorough checklist.
– Foster a collaborative and positive working environment among kitchen staff.
– Stay current with culinary trends and international cuisines to bring creativity and innovation to the menu.
– Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen equipment.
**Qualifications and Experience:**
