Job Description
Our clients based in Felixstowe & Stowmarket, they are seeking experienced Transport Operators to join their teams. You will be assisting in running day to day operations associated with container transport, LCL transport and general warehousing
Duties
Ensuring deliveries/collections are completed on daily basis
Inputting bookings
Dealing with incoming calls/emails quickly and efficiently
Managing sub-contractors
Ensuring accurate maintenance of specific operational software
Customer account management
Skills
Strong UK geographical knowledge
Min 2 years previous experience within Container Haulage
Excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritise and organise
Excellent knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel & Outlook
Driven and motivated to succeed
Salary
c£40,000 + performance related bonuses + company car
