Job Description
Danos Group have been mandated on an excellent opportunity for a Funds Legal Counsel to join our global investment management client’s London team. Reporting into the Head of Legal, the successful candidate’s coverage will be broad and will be responsible for advising on a wide range of fund products including UCITS and private equity funds domiciled in the UK, Luxembourg and Ireland.
Advisory work covering complex transactions the funds enter into as well as regulatory change and its impact on the various funds will be required.
Your Profile:
- Experienced funds lawyer, in house experience would be advantageous.
- Experience in advising funds on complex derivative transactions
- Knowledge of UCITS and QIAIFs
- Strong knowledge of key regulations attributable to funds and asset managers including AIFMD, MiFID II, SFDR and SDR.
