A new opportunity for a Senior Site Supervisor (Structures) opportunity with a tier 1 Civil Engineering Contractor in Gloucester on a 4+ year Highways & Infrastructure contract.This leading tier 1 civil engineering can offer variety and consistency in workload, alongside opportunities to progress across the group both in the UK & Europe. The Senior Site Supervisor opportunity will involve the planning, delivery, and management of structural maintenance and improvement schemes across the highways network. Working closely with the client, design and delivery teams the role will ensure you are both challenged, stimulated and have the opportunity to showcase your management and delivery skills. Preferred skills & experience;The role of Senior Site Supervisor requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage projects from inception to completion. Youll also need;A professional qualification in Civil Engineering or a related disciplinePrior experience managing highways structures projects (bridges, retaining walls, culverts, or similar)Good organisational, leadership, and project management skills
