Job Description
Purchase Ledger Clerk required for a a temporary to permanent opportunity near the NEC. You MUST be fluent in German. \\n \\nThe role is hybrid working with 1 day a week in the office and an immediate start is available \\n \\nResponsibilities: \\nReviewing, verifying, and entering supplier invoices.
\\nPreparing and processing timely payments to suppliers. \\nReconciling supplier statements with company records. \\nHandling supplier inquiries and resolving discrepancies.
\\nKeeping the purchase ledger up to date and accurate. \\nMonitoring and managing credit terms with suppliers. \\nAssisting with monthly/year-end closing and providing reports.
