Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise on a broad range of private client matters, including:Estate planning, wills, and probate administrationLasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), Court of Protection, and capacity lawTrust creation, restructuring, trustee advisory, and offshore structuresInheritance Tax (IHT), Capital Gains Tax (CGT), and broader tax‑efficient structuringSuccession and inter‑generational wealth planningCross‑border estate and asset structuringCollaborate with specialists in tax, family, corporate, and property law to deliver integrated advice.
