My client are an established construction company in the North West who are looking for a Construction Administrator to join their team based in Salford!In return they are offering:Competitive salaryStandard Mileage costs25 days holiday + bank holidaysPension SchemeGenerous Bonus scheme& More…Ideal Candidate:Proficiency in Coins software is essential. Administrative support experience.Experience in the housing sector (useful, not essential).Proficient in using Microsoft Office.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Duties include:Supporting the site management team with administrative tasks.Liaising with the build and on-site team. Taking weekly updates on the coins system.Organising meetings and booking rooms.Inducting new starters on the site.Supporting with document control on the project.
