Our client is a leading MEP subcontractor currently delivering works on some of Londons most prestigious and technically complex projects. They cover a diverse range of projects including commercial / offices, life sciences, pharmaceutical, and mixed-use developments working on behalf of respectable Tier 1 main contractors. Group turnover is in excess of £500m Due to continued growth in their London regional business unit, we are now seeking an experiencedBMS Engineerto join their growing team. This is a key role within the business, providing technical leadership and hands-on expertise in the delivery of Building Management Systems across a variety of landmark projects. The successful candidate will be involved from design coordination through to commissioning and handover, ensuring all BMS systems are delivered to the highest industry standards. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee BMS design and installation on large-scale MEP projects Liaise with clients, consultants, and main contractors to ensure technical compliance and integration Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure programme, quality, and cost objectives are met Provide input into system selection, value engineering, and commissioning strategies Support testing, commissioning, and final handover of fully functional BMS systems Candidate Requirements Proven experience as a BMS Engineer on major construction projects Strong understanding of MEP systems and how BMS interfaces with HVAC, lighting, and other building services Experience with BMS platforms such as Trend, Tridium, Siemens, or similar In return our client can offer: A competitive salary: (circa £80k£90k) A Fully comprehensive benefits package including travel, car allowance, pension, healthcare & bonus Opportunity to work on high-profile projects for leading clients Supportive team environment with genuine career development opportunitiesTPBN1_UKTJ
