Commercial Programme Director

We are looking for a Commercial Programme Director to work within the defence sector.

Location: Hybrid working – Reading (2 day per. week)

Essential Skills: The ideal candidates will hold active SC Clearance have a proven Commercial Management background at Director Level, with the following skills/ experience:

• Strong Commercial Governance experience working within Defence, Nuclear or Central Government.
• Experience managing a Commercial / Procurement team up-to 50 members in a complex environment.
• Strong Public sector Procurement regulation (PCR 2015) & CCS Procurement frameworks.
• Strong Supplier Relationship Management – managing strategic supplier relationships.
• Strong Contract Management – Knowledge of NEC 3/4 Contracts
• Experience working on complex major construction experience.
• Experience in procuring across various categories.
