SEN Teaching Assistant Horsham, West Sussex Monday – Friday 08:30am – 03:30pm £13.08 per hour Do you have a care background and want to support children thrive within education? The Role: * working with students 1:1 or delivering sessions with small groups of students * taking children on local trips and visits * engage with students who struggle socially, promoting lesson involvement * managing heightened behaviours and keeping children safe * Promoting good behaviour practise * celebrating success with students, teachers and other relevant parties * Be part of therapy sessions or reflecting on difficult periods The School: We are working with a fantastic all through SEN (special educational needs) school in the Horsham area. Their aim is to ensure that all children can learn without fear of judgement and that they feel valued and seen. They are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as classroom assistant’s.
