Exporting our products to over 55 countries worldwide, Prima continues to grow its domestic and international footprint and has an exciting role of Front of House Administration to join our company. Are you highly organised, professional, and personable with a good level of administration skills? If so, this role could be for you! This job would suit someone who enjoys and takes pride in providing a warm and professional welcome, hosting visitors, and providing suitable refreshments. The successful candidate will be supporting with administration activities, maintaining stationary stocks, processing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries, file organisation, document archiving, and other weekly and ad hoc tasks. Excellent planning skills are vital for this role as you will be organising and managing on-site events, including arrangements as required for visitors, guests, catering, and logistical support. What you will need: Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Ability to work independently. Friendly demeanor and professional telephone manner. Previous experience in a front of house or administration role would be beneficial.
