If you are passionate about\\n\\ncontributing to making a real difference in the Children's lives we\\n\\nsupport, we can offer you:\\n\\nResponsibilities:\\n\\n·You will be required to support and supervise young people who are not\\n\\nasleep at the start of your shift and routinely check on young people at\\n\\nregular intervals throughout the night.\\n\\nYou will need to promptly respond and attend to the needs of any young\\n\\npeople who may wake, experience distress, be unable to sleep, be woken\\n\\nfor personal care (toileting), or medical reasons.\\n\\nAbout you\\n\\nYou should have a willingness and ability to demonstrate a commitment to\\n\\nundertake NVQ level 3 in Child Care/Level 3 Diploma for Residential\\n\\nChildcare or a qualification which is equivalent to a level 3 Diploma.\\n\\nKnowledge of the principles of good practice in residential children’s\\n\\nhomes.\\n\\nFlexible shift patterns available, regular hours 9:30pm-7:30am.\\n\\nMultiple sites across Oxfordshire.\\n\\nQualifications:\\n\\n Experience in Children’s Residential Care\\n\\n Driving Licence\\n\\nJob Overview\\nWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in various settings, including home care, nursing homes, and hospice care.
