About the Role
As a Store Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to maximise sales, drive profitability, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for all aspects of store performance, from operational efficiency to staff development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a strong, cohesive management team.
- Maximise store performance by driving sales and achieving KPIs.
- Maintain store administration, stock security, and cash desk procedures.
- Set high standards for team morale, appearance, timekeeping, and professionalism.
- Communicate effectively with staff and management on all key business matters.
- Ensure a consistently high standard of customer service.
- Plan and evaluate window and interior displays in line with brand guidelines.
- Manage staff issues professionally, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members, supporting their full potential.
About You
- A minimum of two years\’ retail management experience.
