Tradewind Recruitment is working with welcoming and supportive primary schools in Harlow to recruit an enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for their KS1 and KS2 teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a real impact on pupils' progress while working within a committed and friendly staff team.
We encourage applications from experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) who are ready for the next challenge and transition into an HLTA role. While a Level 3 qualification is preferred, the school values hands-on experience and a proactive approach over formal qualifications.
