About the role: As Head of Growth, you will be pivotal in driving the next phase of growth for the business. Your primary focus will be identifying opportunities and finding the quickest routes to rapid customer growth – you’ll be deciding where to play and how to win for the business. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure that key stakeholders align to meet our growth objectives.
What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll develop and execute a strategy for growth, focused on identifying and prioritising opportunities for the business.
- You’ll be focused on our customers; including acquisition, conversion, and referral.
- Overseeing our marketing channels, including performance marketing, SEO, partnerships, and other innovative approaches.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders across the organisation, including sales, marketing, product, and operations, to ensure alignment for growth initiatives.
- Working closely with the Head of Brand to ensure our messaging is consistent and establish Beams as a leader in the home renovation space.
- Using data and analytics for decision-making and measuring marketing effectiveness, as well as creating a culture of testing and iteration to drive growth.
What you’ll need:
- A proven track record in driving growth for a startup, scaleup, or fast-growing company.
- You’re data-driven, passionate about metrics – and motivated to continuously improve it.
- You have a strong bias for action and enjoy working in fast-paced environments.
- You’re customer-centric and have the ability to translate customer insights into actionable growth initiatives.
- You have deep knowledge of growth marketing channels, including advertising, SEO, partnerships, and CRM.
- You’re proficient in analytics platforms and familiar with marketing automation tools.
