Our client, a well-established family-run business since 1980, is seeing an experienced Workshop Manager to lead their team within their Stirling Depot.

Specialising in the sale and service of new and used tractors, agricultural machinery, ground care, and plant machinery.

Managing a team within the vehicle maintenance depot, mainly agricultural machinery, * Oversee the daily operations of the workshop

  • Manage a team of skilled technicians to ensure high-quality service and repairs

  • Organise maintenance schedules and prioritise jobs

  • Maintain health and safety standards within the workshop

  • Proven experience in a similar role

  • Strong knowledge of agricultural, plant, or construction machinery

  • Excellent team management and organisational skills

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
